Using non-crystalline material "amorphous alloy"! High efficiency, high energy transformer.

Compared to transformers that use conventional silicon steel sheet cores, the manufacturing process and time for transformers are overwhelmingly shortened!

Our company sells amorphous cores and transformers that use amorphous cores. An "amorphous core" refers to a core made of a non-crystalline material called "amorphous alloy," which is an important component of transformers. The arrangement of atoms in amorphous alloys has a random structure without regularity, resulting in minimal energy loss (hysteresis loss) when magnetic flux passes through the core. Additionally, the thickness of the core is about 25 microns, which is 1/10 that of silicon steel sheets, thereby reducing eddy currents. Transformers that use amorphous cores offer several advantages over those that use conventional silicon steel cores, including: ■ High efficiency ■ Energy savings ■ Reduction in manufacturing labor and time for transformers *Custom dimensions outside of standard sizes, as well as oil-filled transformers and molded transformers, can also be produced. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
